About US

Rooted in Idaho. Raised Right. Run by Family. 💚
At 4C Lawn Care, we’re more than just mowers — we’re your neighbors, your rodeo buddies, and a family that knows the meaning of hard work. Born and raised right here in southern Idaho, we’ve got dirt under our nails, cows in the pasture, and pride in every yard we care for.
We’re a small, family-owned and operated lawn care company based in Burley — serving the Magic Valley and surrounding communities with the kind of honest, dependable work you only get from folks who grew up around tractors, cattle, and country grit.
Challis, our Owner/Operator, has spent decades hauling cattle across the country and fighting bulls in arenas all over Idaho. You’ll catch him most weekends working a rodeo, protecting the next generation of young cowboys — including our son, who proudly rides in local bull riding circuits like Roughstock101, the Rocky Mountain Region of Leal’s Junior Bull Riding, and the International Miniature Bulls Association. Rodeo’s not just a weekend hobby for us — it’s a lifestyle.
Courtney, our Owner/Manager (and resident brains of the operation), keeps the business running smoother than a brand-new zero-turn mower. She’s also a full-time professional in the medical industry — and if you’ve got Medicare questions, she’s the gal to ask. Seriously… lawn care quotes by day, Medicare advice by night. Talk about multitasking.
We bring that same hustle, care, and community spirit to every yard we mow, edge, trim, or mulch. Whether you’re from down the road or the next town over, we treat your lawn like it’s our own front porch.
We’re not a franchise. We’re not a big chain.
We’re a real Idaho family, doing real honest work — one yard at a time.
✅ Locally owned, operated, and invested in the community
✅ Raised on farms and built on cowboy values
✅ Reliable, respectful, and proud of what we do
✅ Always just a phone call (or rodeo arena) away
So if you’re looking for a company that shows up on time, works hard, and treats your lawn like it matters — give us a shout. You’ll probably catch us at a rodeo on the weekend, but the rest of the week? We’re out making the Magic Valley a little greener, one yard at a time.
